VOTING made EASIER - No time Election Day? Try this WEEKEND!
Primary Election Day, August 26, 2014, is next week, and the Yuma County Recorder’s Office is keeping their doors open this weekend to help residents make their vote count. This weekend, August 23rd - 24th from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., registered voters can cast their ballot at the County Recorder’s Office, 410 S. Maiden Lane. Staff will be available to answer voter registration questions or issues and will also be available to resolve early voting issues or concerns for voters that have moved and not received their ballot via mail.

County Elections continues to improve voting experience, introduces Mega Voting Centers
The County now has 10 sites but 13 actual Voting Centers around Yuma County. Why 10 SITES? Well it’s because we have two MEGA Voting Centers this year during the Yuma County Primary Election, Tuesday August 26th, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. The two centers are located at: Yuma Civic Center, 1440 W. Desert Hills Drive and St. John E. Neumann Catholic Church, 11545 E. 40th Street in the Foothills area.

Ballot Cam activated for upcoming Primary Election
Anyone with an Internet connection is now able to view the election process live during the upcoming Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Yuma County is now streaming a live video feed of the ballot counting center at the Yuma County Elections Department.
